NEW PATIENTS
Your first visit, step by step
A new-patient visit takes about an hour.
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us a day that suits you and how you'd like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we check your plan's benefits and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Health history and consent forms live in the practice's own secure patient portal, not on this website. Paper forms are there if you'd rather.
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and talks through what they found and what you want to change.
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
You leave with the options, the visits each usually takes and an estimate, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Open the new-patient forms

Before you come in
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
Do I fill in medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure patient portal.
Can you get my records from my old dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous practice's contact details and, with your written permission, we'll request your records before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
